Term 3 Week 3 Narrative Poem: Spring

WALT: Write a narrative poem about Spring

Acrostic Poem: Spring
Shining light from the sun
Playing outside is fun
Rabbits hopping on the ground
Imagine flowers all around
New animals being born
Getting ready to explore

Poem: Spring
Spring is here, let’s all cheer
Flowers bloom, trees grow, water falls, wind blows
Bees buzz, kids play, say ‘HOORAY!’, spring is today!

Acrostic Poem - Church

Cold, shivering in the pitch, black night.
Having fun and doing what’s right.
Using my manners through and through.
Right not wrong that's what I do.
Cake and ice-cream was very yum.
Having to dance was a bit glum.
The End

Red Rose Acrostic Poem

Roses are used for love and sorrow
Over the grass you see them pop
Seeing them looks like pure love
Easy to plant but hard to find

Spring is fun

Sunflowers are yellow like the beautiful, bright sun.

People are running fast and having lots of fun.

Roses grow in the deep, brown soil.

Information about nice, relaxing Spring.

Now is the time I’m about to sing.

Green grass appears in the unknown distance.
