Why Swimming is important

Why is Swimming important?

Well, we all take swimming lessons because we need to move our whole body against the resistance of the water. Swimming keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off our body. We have swimming lessons in case when New Zealand, or other countries we are in, drown and if we don’t know how to swim we could drown with the country we are in.

Swimming helps us maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs for our body. Also swimming builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. Swimming increases our stamina and even improves our balance and posture. If kids haven’t gone to any swimming pool regularly, they should be at ease near any body of water.

Swimming is an important life skill that children and adults should learn as early as possible. Swimming will make us healthier and energetic.  Swimming is a skill that can be mastered at any age but is best when taught early on so the swimmer can have a life of enjoyment and exercise.

Now these are the reasons why swimming is important.
